Position Purpose: The primary function of the Estimator is to prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements. Key Responsibilities: Grow commercial sales, within company footprint. Identify potential jobs and customers, build a relationship with these customers, and close the bid work with them. Work with our current general line sales team to close jobs. Communicate with management all opportunities for growth of our team and product lines.
