About this role
Position Purpose: The Service Technician is responsible for the removal, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and reinstallation of customer pump systems and related equipment. This role supports and services our customers, projects and supplier partners in compliance with company policies and standards. Key Responsibilities: Remove, repair, and reinstall customer pumps and equipment. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on customer equipment and systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, disassemble, evaluate, and repair pumps, motors, and related equipment. Read and interpret exploded views, O&M manuals, and parts lists from pump manufacturers. Document work orders, including pump and motor details, cause of failure, parts required, and problem descriptions.…
