Position Purpose: Provide primary legal oversight for supply chain operations across SRS Distribution’s verticals in North America. This role also serves as the legal resource for private label agreements, EHS compliance, and ESG reporting. Key Responsibilities: Commercial Contracting and Transactions: Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements with vendors, including product supply agreements, private label distribution agreements, broker agreements, NDAs and strategic partnership agreements. o Develop and help administer supplier qualification and compliance programs, including contractual compliance programs and supplier audit programs. o Develop, maintain, and enhance internal policies and processes related to contract lifecycle management and compliance.…
