Their primary role is to ensure best practice by providing ongoing education and support for all staff with particular focus on the advancement of knowledge, skills and training with relevance to the clinical setting. This will be achieved by implementing clinically based education using the principles of Evidenced Based Practice to improve the delivery of nursing care.…
