Job Description: • Full time, fixed term position until the 30th of June 2027 • Senior leadership opportunity • Friendly and dynamic team About the Role You will lead the delivery of Aged Care Assessment (ACA) and Aged Care Consultancy Services (ACCS) and provide strategic, clinical and operational leadership across hospital and community settings. You are responsible for ensuring exceptional client-centred service delivery, coordinating My Aged Care (MAC) assessments across acute, subacute, palliative care and community services. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the multidisciplinary ACA and ACCS team across Fitzroy and Kew.
