Job Description: The Opportunity As the Clinical Manager , you will be a mentor and leader, fostering a safe and supportive workplace for staff and volunteers while ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centred care. Reporting to the Residential Care Services Manager, you will inspire and coach nursing and care staff, promote professional accountability and foster a culture of compassion, collaboration and continuous improvement. This Permanent Full Time position is based in our Residential Aged Care Home located in Kew.
