Job Description: About the Opportunity: As a Living Support Partner (Personal Care Assistant), you will join a dedicated team committed to providing compassionate, person-centred care to residents at St Vincent’s Care Gympie . You will provide direct care and support with daily living activities, respecting each resident’s choices, routines, wellbeing and dignity. You will work as part of a household team to ensure residents feel safe, valued, respected and engaged.
