Job Description: Friendly and dynamic team Fixed Term / Part Time position - 3 days per week Based at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne, Fitzroy About the Role An opportunity currently exists for an experienced Grade 2 Social Worker to join our team on a fixed term basis due to parental leave cover. At St Vincent’s we have an approach to working with patients which puts them at the heart of their care. This position will work with patients based in our cancer and chronic illness team based at Fitzroy. To be successful in this position, it is essential that you have experience working in an inpatient hospital social work position. Experience in an hospital setting (preferably acute) would be highly regarded.…
