Role Summary
This is an opportunity to be at the heart of STACK's EMEA data centre development and investment activity. As Director, Legal - Projects & Transactions, EMEA, you will be embedded with the teams shaping and delivering projects across the region, providing strategic and hands-on legal advice from the earliest opportunity assessment through acquisition, development, construction, leasing and operation. You will play a key role in negotiating significant construction and project agreements, structuring complex transactions, managing legal and commercial risk and providing practical solutions to support business objectives.
