HSE Field Leader - Bakken Basin (ND/PA)

General Description: Reporting to the HSE Director, the HSE Field Leader for the Bakken Basin, oversees and supports multiple job site locations in the region where Stage 3 Separation works. The primary responsibilities include conducting site inspections and coordinating support for Area Manager and Field Leader groups within the region. Additionally, the HSE Field Leader works with field personnel to conduct mentoring activities, identify areas for HSE improvement and assist inspections of equipment while onsite. and to assist with training programs. The HSE Field Leader is also responsible for coaching, mentoring, and training employees in their areas of operation. This position typically works a 17/11 schedule , travelling to various job and rig sites.…
