About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 10 S & P Global | Markit Intelligence The Team: The TechOps team is responsible for providing high-quality Technical Support across a wide suite of products within FRA & DVI business segment. The TechOps team works closely with a highly competent Client Services team and the core project teams to resolve client issues and improve the platform. Our work helps ensure that all products are provided with a high-quality service and maintain client satisfaction. The team is responsible for owning and maintaining our cloud hosted apps.
