Day - 12 Hour (United States of America) J4 is a mixed Cardiac Surgery and Cardiology ICU. Cardiac Surgery is a 10 bed unit with CABG, Single Valve Repair/Replacement, Minimally Invasive MVr and MVR, Myocardial Bridge Unroofing, TEVAR, Single Lung Transplant and Aortic cases. Cardiology is a 10 bed unit with Mechanical Circulatory Support, Pre-heart transplant, Cardiogenic Shock, STEMI, Pulmonary Hypertension, and high OB Risk.
