About The HR & Admin Director Chile will support the Country Manager Chile, country management team and the Chile organisation by leading the country HR agenda and ensuring effective facilities management and administrative services. The role will align people and workplace priorities with business needs and contribute to relevant development activities across BA International and Statkraft. Human Resources Strategy & Leadership Define and execute the HR & Administration strategy for Chile, aligned with business priorities, corporate standards and long-term organisational needs.
