Staycity Group is looking for an exceptional Group Director of Sales to lead our Group-wide sales strategy and sales leadership team across both Staycity and Wilde Aparthotels. This is a newly created role with two clear priorities: driving profitable revenue growth across our existing portfolio and building a modern, efficient and scalable sales function to support our continued growth into new properties and markets. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and based at our Dublin head office, you'll lead our Directors of Sales across multiple markets, bringing clear direction, strong commercial discipline and a focus on developing people.
