Location: 2 North Church Street West Chester, PA 19380 Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department) Function : Responsible for the development and enhancement of banking relationships within assigned Market for individual production, as well as direct reports. Duties and Responsibilities : Supervises the day-to-day activities of direct report team including coaching and joint calling. Providing guidance and mentoring for current team members in development of new banking relationships, servicing of existing client base, and achievement of assigned goals. Responsible for the mentoring and training of new business bankers. Coaches team to provide advice to clients in complex, challenging, or important situations.…
