Location: 355 North Fifth Street Indiana, PA 15701 Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Additional hours as necessary to meet the objectives of the department) Function: Performs the ordering, monitoring, review, and delivery of all residential real estate mortgage loan appraisals in accordance with S&T Bank and investor guidelines and state and regulatory compliance requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: Orders all appraisals including re-inspection and construction inspection requests. Invoices and processes the payment for the appraisal order. Monitors the Appraisal Desk email inbox and appraisal management software to ensure all appraisal orders and correspondence to appraisal management companies and internal customers are placed and responded to within 2 hours.…
