Job Summary & Objectives The Senior Lateral Recruiting & Associate Life Coordinator supports the Legal Recruiting Team in all efforts related to recruitment of lateral associates and counsel, in addition to judicial clerks and LLM candidates. Specific lateral recruitment duties include liaising with search firms and maintaining those relationships; building and promoting the STB brand; and coordinating applicant sourcing. The Senior Coordinator will work closely with the Manager of Legal Recruiting & Associate Life and the Director of Legal Talent – Regional Strategy to monitor and assess hiring by practice group, deliver relevant headcount data & metrics and oversee the lateral budget.…
