We’re hiring a Principal Product Manager, Billing and Workflows with experience solving complex workflow problems and building intuitive products that delight users.
You’ll take complex, high-stakes workflows — billing, renewals, endorsements, cancellations — and turn them into systems that are simple, scalable, and resilient. In turn, you’ll impact our most important company metrics including retention and financial performance. This is a senior, high-ownership IC role.
