We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer on the growth team with experience building web applications and analyzing data to improve our customer’s experiences. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Austin, TX.
AS A SR SOFTWARE ENGINEER, GROWTH YOU WILL:
- Work across marketing, product, and engineering to build out end to end solutions for the customer's journey from initial contact through their first policies.
- Help more people self-serve when getting their first policy with Steadily.
- Implement and follow up on robust analytics to understand pain points our customers are facing.
