About ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Review all contract documents for determination of the scope material, including coordination with the sales department on turn over process. Coordinate the incorporation of shop and erection drawings. Process RFIs, including writing, reviewing, modifying, confirming legitimacy and communicating with customers. Responsible for reviewing shop and erection drawings prior to distribution and constantly communicating the importance of maintaining the schedule. Responsible for coordinating with production control for drawing log/load list. Create and maintain the load list for every project assigned and work with detailers of any shop questions and/or missing fabrication files. Evaluate field problems and furnish field work drawing as needed.…
