About this role

Job Type: Regular Scheduled Hours: 40 Job Summary: Reports to Operations Manager or Team Leader, the LPN provides clinical support to the physician and mid-level providers. The LPN provides instructions to patients as directed by the providers. The LPN is also responsible for compliance with all OSHA/CLIA and HIPAA regulations, and ensuring completion of all duties vital to business operations.
