RN Virtual Health Triage Nurse- (Part time 24 Hours- 3rd Shift)

Job Type: Regular Scheduled Hours: 24 Job Summary: Reports to Virtual Health Manager, the RN Virtual Health Triage Nurse is primarily responsible for successfully receiving and triaging inbound calls to St. Elizabeth Physicians practices. The RN Virtual Health Triage Nurse is responsible for the medical triage of these patients using established protocols and providing specified guidance per said protocols. The RN Virtual Health Triage Nurse is also responsible for scheduling appointments for patients as indicated by the protocol set. The RN Virtual Health Triage Nurse is a member of the Virtual Health Care Team and collaborates with providers at St. Elizabeth Physicians to provide safe, timely, effective, and efficient patient care.…
