Job Description Summary STEMCELL is growing! We are looking for a Compensation and Organizational Design Partner to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing recommendations and delivering various compensation programs as well as maintaining the systems and processes that support the company’s global compensation programs. You will partner closely with our HR Business team and other assigned client groups, consulting and advising on job architecture and delivering compensation education to all levels of the organization. In addition, this role will support and uphold our enterprise wide job leveling framework through consistent application and improvement of our job evaluation program.…
