About The Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting across all business units and corporate groups. The incumbent communicates TekWissen values, culture, work environment, business strategies, benefits and other areas of interest to prospective candidates. This position is responsible for developing proactive recruiting plans and strategies with the hiring manager related to diversity recruiting and recruiting metrics analysis, etc., while meeting targeted cost-per-hire goals. Support hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria and competencies; establish a consistent and valid candidate assessment process.
