Job Description Summary The Manager, Field Applications is responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, coaching and leading a regional team of Field Scientists/Specialists. In this role, the FAS Manager provides structure and ongoing guidance to FAS team members in order to effectively and consistently deliver world-class field-based customer support. The FAS Manager is responsible for the continued development and education of FAS team members, and will drive ongoing programs to support proper working knowledge of products, techniques, and sales strategy to maximize sales and customer support.
