About this role

Job Description Summary The Senior Customer Data Associate reports to the Director, Global Customer Support Experience with alignment to the Master Data Management team. As a Senior Customer Data Associate you will be responsible for the management of existing and creation of new customer accounts within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You will be responsible for our Business Partner (BP) rules, Customer Data policies, and customer data across all STEMCELL systems. You will complete various tasks such as visualizing, transforming, and manipulating data, which will enable you to prepare and present data for trending, and gaining insights from the analysis performed.…
