About this role

Bij GGZ inGeest werk je als ambulant verpleegkundige/casemanager in één van de FACT teams op locatie van Hilligaertstraat. Samen met een multidisciplinair team biedt je herstelgerichte zorg aan cliënten met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen. Binnen FACT van GGZ inGeest is veel ruimte voor ontwikkeling en bouwen we samen aan de zorg van de toekomst. Je hart, kennis en ervaring zijn hard nodig. Requirements Passende zorg voor jouw cliënten Het FACT team behandelt volwassenen met een ernstig psychiatrische aandoening (EPA) en hulpvragen op verschillende levensgebieden, zoals wonen, werken, zingeving, gezondheid, financiën en sociale contacten.…
