Vanuit onze locatie Amstelmere in Amstelveen werken we samen met teamgenoten aan complexe problematiek en bieden we ambulante zorg aan cliënten met een ernstig psychiatrische aandoening. Requirements Passende zorg voor jouw cliënten Wij werken volgens de FACT-methodiek: een intensieve, ambulante en wijkgerichte behandelaanpak, gericht op herstel. Binnen één multidisciplinair team bundelen collega’s hun krachten om de best mogelijke zorg te bieden. Je gaat aan de slag binnen twee FACT-teams: Amstelland en Amstelveen.…
