St. Norbert College (SNC), a nationally ranked, private Catholic liberal arts college, is seeking a Grounds Technician to help maintain and enhance the beauty, safety, and functionality of our campus. Responsibilities include maintaining turf, athletic fields, annual flower displays, perennial gardens, shrubs, and trees; performing winter maintenance of campus grounds, streets, parking lots, and sidewalks; and operating landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment and fleet vehicles. This position also participates in the College’s snow removal on-call program. The starting pay is $17.30 per hour. The regular work schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.…
