About this role

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Commercial Legal Counsel to join us on a 3-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs. In this role, you will work closely with our Commercial, Product, Compliance, Regulatory, Finance, and Operations teams to structure, review, and negotiate complex and bespoke commercial and partnership agreements. You will play a key role in supporting transactions across the payments, fintech, and Web3 ecosystem, balancing commercial objectives with legal, regulatory, and compliance considerations. This role is well suited for an experienced commercial lawyer who can operate independently, manage transactions end-to-end, and provide practical legal advice in a fast-moving environment.…
