About this role
How You’ll Make an Impact As an Infrastructure Engineer at Strata, you’ll design, support, and implement improvement plans for the enterprise infrastructure that keeps our SaaS applications reliable and scalable. You’ll troubleshoot complex issues across systems, automate manual work, and help move the team from reactive support toward proactive reliability and modernization. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Support, Maintenance & Troubleshooting Support and maintain infrastructure across on-premises and hybrid environments to ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of Strata's SaaS applications.
