About the role At Strohm, we are building a future-proof foundation for continued growth. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven operator who wants to contribute to a safe, high-quality, and efficient production environment. Will you join us? Together with a group of 66 fellow operators, you form the heart of our production. In a 3-shift system, you work closely with maintenance, warehouse staff, and engineers. It’s a place where no two days are the same and teamwork is key. In this role, you will: As an operator, you work in a close-knit production team and ensure our extrusion and winding lines run smoothly.
