About this role

Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite The Sourcing Manager (Hybrid) will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies for defined suppliers and/or commodities for MAKO business unit. You will work to obtain the best quality, service, and value for products and services through effective bidding, negotiation, and supplier management. You will lead the development and implementation of specific strategies and projects related to cost reduction initiatives, supply base and sourcing optimization and rationalization, quality improvement, risk assessment, and contract negotiation.
