As a Staff Electrical Engineer you will play a key role in developing, validating, and improving manufacturing processes while partnering with cross-functional teams to support both new product introductions and existing product lines. What You Will Do Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for electro-mechanical assemblies, including printed circuit board assemblies, soldering, potting, pressing, torque-controlled assembly, plastic molding, and manual assembly operations.
