About this role

Why this role exists In de non-profit-, overheid- en onderwijswereld draait alles om impact en vertrouwen. Het proces is gestructureerd en verloopt stap voor stap, maar tenders zijn complex en relaties zijn cruciaal. Zo'n 30% van onze commerciële inflow komt binnen via tenders en RFPs — en dat aandeel groeit. RFPs komen daarbij vaak van grotere enterprise-klanten en worden in samenwerking met andere Account Executives voorbereid en opgepakt. Veel salesmensen begrijpen dat proces onvoldoende. Ze sturen standaardproposities en hopen op het beste. Wij geloven dat het anders moet: met echte gesprekken, diep begrip van aanbestedingsdynamiek en een adviseur die meedenkt in het PvE-proces in plaats van alleen reageert op een uitvraag.
