About this role

Job Description: STV is seeking a Project Officer to join our Construction Management (CM) team in New York City. This position plays a critical role in supporting the permitting, regulatory compliance, and documentation processes associated with capital construction projects. Working closely with Senior Project Officers, project management staff, design consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies, the Project Officer will help facilitate project approvals and ensure compliance with applicable municipal requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience navigating New York City permitting processes, coordinating with regulatory agencies, and supporting construction and capital improvement projects within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.…
