STV is seeking a Senior Project Architect for our Buildings group in NYC, The Senior Project Architect (SPA) is the day-to-day delivery lead on complex architecture projects, running the work independently from kickoff through closeout. The role holds full technical authority within project scope — owning the drawing set, specification coordination, and subconsultant technical coordination — while partnering with the Design Lead on design quality and interfacing with the Project Management Lead on workplan and schedule.
