STV is seeking a Senior Design Build Project Manager to join our Washington, DC Buildings team and lead major transit, transportation, and complex public projects. As a Senior Design Build Project Manager, you will serve as the lead for complex building design projects that follow the Design Build method of project delivery. You will manage the full project lifecycle from contract development and preliminary design through final design, construction documentation, and construction support. You will work closely with our Design Build Contractor partner, including overseeing budgets, schedules, QA/QC, coordination, stakeholder engagement, and staff mentorship, ensuring the design meets project requirements.…
