STV is seeking an organized and outgoing Technical Project Assistant – Aviation to assist one of our Aviation clients in Chicago, IL. This position will be fully on site at our client site in Chicago. Job Responsibilities include: Office Operations & Facilities Reset conference rooms after meetings (chairs, technology, supplies) Oversee booking, scheduling, and on-site support for ORD Next team Oversee on-site support for large conference rooms, including troubleshooting conflicts Manage space planning and seating assignments, including moves or reconfigurations to support team growth Technical Assistance Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and standards.…
