About this role

En Suessa nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a TALENT ADVISOR para sumarse a reconocido laboratorio multinacional líder en salud humana y salud animal. El Talent Advisor es responsable de la ejecución integral y la dirección de los procesos de selección, manteniendo una relación cercana con el negocio y aportando la experiencia necesaria para captar y seleccionar candidatos idóneos en tiempo y forma. Tareas y Responsabilidades Responsabilidad total ( end-to-end ) del proceso de reclutamiento, garantizando una excelente experiencia tanto para el Hiring Manager como para el candidato. Atraer y comprometer al mejor talento en las áreas de negocio asignadas. Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de búsqueda efectivas (portales de empleo, búsqueda directa, referidos y socios externos).…
