About this role
The employee in this class is responsible for the review and evaluation of real property appraisals completed by appraisers contracted by the County. The employee assists in the collection of data to establish fair market values of parcels of property and exercises considerable independent initiative and judgment in the review of appraisals. *Does related work as required. Key Elements Of The Role: Other specific duties include: Review all appraisals to determine compliance with basic principles of appraisal practice has been observed.
