About this role

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager – Custom Made to strengthen and evolve our Custom-Made digital experience across stores and e-commerce. In this role, you will work closely with Style Advisors, retail teams, and engineering to improve the end-to-end Custom-Made journey - from product configuration to order execution. You will translate deep customer and brand understanding into digital improvements that elevate both the in-store experience and operational excellence. This role is a strong fit for Style Advisors or Trainers ready to transition into Product Management. The ideal candidate has a strong affinity for Custom Made and the Suitsupply brand, understands tailoring and clienteling dynamics, and proactively leverages AI in their way of working.…
