About this role

As the Head of Product Development, you will lead the full product creation process from concept through commercialization, ensuring every development aligns with Suitsupply’s brand vision, commercial targets, and quality standards. You will drive product and fabric innovation in close partnership with Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Production teams. This role involves setting strategic direction, managing development timelines, and overseeing the successful handover from development into production. You will also mentor and grow the Product Development team, fostering collaboration, operational excellence, and innovation.
