Milieu Coordinator - Recovery | St. Gregory Recovery Center | Bayard, Iowa About the Job: PURPOSE STATEMENT: The Milieu Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and supervision of the milieu staff for all elements of direct client care during work shift. Ensures the wellbeing of clients and provides a positive, supportive and structured environment, under the direction of charge nurse or supervisor. Roles and Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Monitors shift change activities to assign staff, review staffing for the units and adjusts as necessary. Facilitates and monitors client care and programming. Assists the Charge Nurse with assignments for BHAs, group coverage, charting, breaks, environmental and safety rounds and codes.…
