About this role
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Greets customers when they enter the store Assists and sells to prospective customers and explains type of products offered. Estimates quantity of merchandise needed. Demonstrates use of merchandise when possible. Researches products available for purchase based upon the customers' needs. Assists customers with proper selection of items. Suggests additional products to customer where appropriate. Secures orders and keys data into computer and informs customer of delivery date when item is not in stock. Evaluates returns brought into the retail facility to make sure they meet return criteria. Maintains a clean work area at all times including cleaning shelves, counters, and displays.…
