YOUR ROLE
As our IT Support Specialist you’ll be part of the IT Engineering & Operations department in Berlin, within the Operations & Support team, providing high-quality IT support to employees locally and remotely across multiple countries.
You’ll ensure a smooth employee experience while maintaining reliability, compliance, and operational excellence across our workplace environment.
- Provide local and remote IT support to employees through our ticketing system, remote sessions, and on-site assistance
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to macOS devices, workplace applications, identity access, and collaboration tools
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
