Production Supervisor - Hatchery

POSITION SUMMARY:  The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all activities related to the hatchery in order to meet business objectives to be accountable for all aspects of hatchery performance and ensures that objectives are attained in a cost-effective manner that’s consistent with quality requirements. They are responsible for planning and implementing best practices and procedures and delegating to staff PRIORITY:  Manage all hatchery activities directly and implement an effective quality assurance program.
