We’re looking for a Senior Implementation Architect to join our Professional Services team in the United States. This role is fully remote, with hiring available in the following states:
Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Florida, Indiana, New Jersey, South Carolina, Georgia, Maryland, New York, Texas, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Vermont, and Virginia.
In this role, you will…
Own and execute end-to-end technical implementations for customers across NAM
Design scalable solutions that translate complex business and data requirements into clear technical architectures
Define requirements and shape specifications for AI-assisted delivery workflows and automation tooling
Provide feedback loops from real-world implementations to continuously improve automation capabilities…
