About this role

We’re looking for a Staff Site Reliability Engineer / Staff Platform Engineer to join our Product Engineering organization in our Helsinki HQ and help us make our Platform fully self-service for humans and agents alike. In this role, you will… Act as a key technical leader across site reliability, platform architecture, and infrastructure scaling. Bridge product, development, and operations by breaking down traditional team boundaries, enabling cross-functional collaboration and scaling business operations. Guide our technical strategy using deep expertise in Kubernetes, cloud systems, SRE practices and modern software development.
