Als Praktikant:in unterstützt du im Personalbereich und schaffst die wichtigste Grundlage für unser Festival: unsere Crew. Du bist Ansprechpartner:in, Organisationstalent und Feel-Good-Manager:in in einem. Dabei kommunizierst du mit Menschen aus den unterschiedlichsten Bereichen wie Kunst, Sport, Technik, Strom, Catering, Artist Care und Handwerk. Du sorgst dafür, dass unser Team bis zum Festival stetig wächst und dass sich alle Helfenden gut aufgehoben fühlen.…
